The concept

We invite you to join a 4-minute-meditation every first Saturday of the month on a topic that we believe is universal to all of us on this planet.

The idea

During the meditation we connect through intent via the Field with each other and with Mother Earth.

Mastery and change is inside you. The meditation helps us grow this awareness and start living by it.

The place

You can join the 4-meditation-meditation wherever you are. Simply pause and make yourself comfortable for a moment and join the meditation. You  can participate in the meditation alone or with friends.

The 4-minute-meditation is an offline event, there is no website to sign up to, no group to join, no meeting rooms to enter.

The time

The meditation takes place every first Saturday of the month. The time was chosen to enable as many of us as possible worldwide to participate in the meditation.
We know that for some time zones the scheduled time is quite early / late. If you cannot be awake at the exact time, you can still participate if you set your intent before going to sleep.

The meditation flow

Phase 1

Preparing
Before you start the meditation, make yourself comfortable. Breathe in and out calmly a couple of times.

Phase 2

Sending energy
In minute 1 + 2 imagine sending out the energy of the topic of the day. This can be to one person, to a specific group of people, or to everybody / everything on the planet, or a combination of all.

Phase 3

Receiving energy
In minute 3 + 4 allow yourself to receive and basket in the energy that was shared.

Phase 4

Leaving
The meditation is done, thank you for joining. Continue to experience the energy as you return to your daily life.

Meditation tips

Techniques and Style

Chose the meditation techniques and styles you like (lying, sitting, standing, walking).

Focus

Allow yourself not to be distracted during the meditation.

Heart over brain

Try to use your feelings (heart) rather than your intellect (brain).
For example, focus on how you would feel if there was inner / outer peace in your life, rather than make a to-do-list of action items you think are needed to achieve peace.
